Nationally reconised qualifications
As part of the Government's initiative to up-skill experienced employees, Llite has a number of free places on a range of courses delivering nationally recognised qualifications. The courses have been designed to enable experienced members of staff to evidence and formalise their existing skills.
What does the training involve?

Diploma Level 2 - demonstrates achievement of the technical skills, knowledge and understanding of theoretical concepts and knowledge and understanding of the Construction Industry.

NVQ Level 2 - demonstrates on the job knowledge, skills and competence in various construction practices and full registration and achievement of CSCS cards.

Key Skills - demonstrates communication, IT, Numeracy and English skills.
Training Grants
Training Grants are available to businesses across the UK with less than 250 employees, who are willing to take on a young person aged 16 – 24 for the first time. Businesses may be eligible for a grant of up to £2500 to help off-set the cost of taking on the employee. The amount you receive depends on the starting wage of the employee.
You will receive an initial payment of £1000 when the employee has completed six weeks (42 days) of their Training Programme. A further payment will be made at the end of week 26 if they remain on the Programme (see Payment Structure below).

What can Llite offer you?
A flexible bespoke service delivered in consultation with employers and employees to ensure minimum disruption to work. Qualifications are delivered with a combination of site visits, online learning and sessions at Llite’s Training Centres – scheduled to suit the needs of employers and individuals, including weekend and evening sessions if necessary.
- Free certified training for employers who provide two or more candidates– including Health and Safety, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and renewal of CSCS cards
- Specially developed online learning materials to support the achievement of Technical certificates
- Opportunities for rapid completion of qualifications depending on employee’s skills and experience
- Llite can also offer a range of free additional services including commission free recruitment

A. The training is completely free of charge for employers and employees.
Q. Will working towards the qualifications interrupt an employee’s working days?
A. Llite offers a combination of on site, online and out of normal hours training to suit the needs of all employers and employees.
Q. Does the qualification include a full CSCS card?
A. Candidates will work towards a full CSCS card - Llite offers all clients unlimited free re-sits.
Q. Is there free training available in any other trades?
A. We currently do not have free training for businesses in any other trade, but we do offer private courses in other industries.
