Llite’s services are often reviewed by external bodies and we like to share their findings with our partners and clients:
Investors in People Report
Llite has held the Investors in People quality standard since 2003. As a training and development company we consider the standard to be central to all of our work and we pride ourselves on investing in our people. We were pleased to achieve re-recognition as an Investor in People Company at our third review in May 2009. View Report
Labour Market Information Report 2010
Llite compiles Labour Market Information (LMI) on an annual basis and analyses three specific areas:
- The Labour Market
- Regional and National Strategies
- Regeneration Activities
The information we gather allows us to reassess our aims and consider how the construction sector, the labour market and regeneration initiatives are changing. This allows Llite to ensure that its own services and training is meeting the needs of its stakeholders, clients and the local construction sector. The LMI was last updated in April 2010. We are currently working on this year's report. View Report
Matrix report 2011
In June 2007 we began working towards achieving the matrix Standard. The Matrix Standard is the quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work. After months of preparation we were assessed in April 2008 and successfully achieved the standard. In April 2011 we were re-assessed and we're happy to report that we, once again achieved the Matrix Standard. View Report
